The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq hereby announces its intention to lease out one shop, No. (8), located in Naw Abad Deh Kipak, which is the property of the company, for a monthly rental amount of AFN 32,300.

All qualified individuals and companies who are interested in the above-mentioned property and are willing to offer a higher rental price are invited to submit their applications to the Property Management Directorate of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, located adjacent to the Central Silo, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this announcement, and to appear in person on the day of the tender/auction process.

Interested applicants may obtain the Terms and Conditions document upon payment of a specified non-refundable fee. A cash guarantee deposit will also be required.
