According to Paragraph 2 of Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby announced to all that state-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to award the contract for the procurement of thirteen (13) technological items (computers, printers, etc.) for its central and provincial offices, with reference number (ARZ-NCB/G-002), to Afghan Technic Company, which holds license number (10351), for a total amount of 2,689,600 AFN (Two million six hundred eighty-nine thousand and six hundred Afghanis).

Therefore, all legal and natural persons who have any objections to this process may submit their official objection letter to state-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located next to the Central Silo in District 3, from the 20th of Hamal 1404 until seven working days after the publication of this announcement.

This announcement does not imply the finalization of the contract, and the mentioned contract shall not be executed until the completion of the specified period and legal procedures.
