Auction Announcement for Two Warehouses;

State-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease two warehouses along with their surrounding areas, located in Paktiakot, Pul-e-Charkhi, at a monthly rent of AFN 122,500 per warehouse.

Eligible individuals and companies in need of the mentioned properties and willing to offer a higher rent may submit their applications within 21 days from the publication date of this announcement to the Property Management Department of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located next to the Central Silo. Applicants must be present in person on the auction day.

The terms and conditions document can be obtained for AFN 3,000 (non-refundable). A cash deposit is required as a guarantee.
