Auction Notice

The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq intends to lease, through a public auction, its three-story commercial market located in Laghman Province, adjacent to Mohabbat Market in Mehtarlam City.

The market consists of:

• Ground floor: 24 shops
• Second floor: One large hall and two rooms
• Third floor: 7 rooms

Zubair Zaid Mohammadi Logistics Company has submitted a request to lease the said market for a period of three years at a monthly rent of AFN 117,500.

All individuals and companies who are interested in this property and are capable of offering a higher rental amount are hereby informed that they may submit their applications to the General Directorate of State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq in Laghman Province, located next to the Grand Mosque in Mehtarlam City, within 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.

The bidding documents (terms and conditions) may be obtained upon payment of the prescribed fee. Interested bidders must appear at the aforementioned directorate before 10:00 a.m. on the auction day in accordance with the conditions set forth in the bidding documents. A security deposit shall also be collected in cash.
