Executive Committee Meeting of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Held

The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq was held in the company’s conference hall under the chairmanship of the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi.

The meeting was attended by Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs; Mawlawi Syed Nik Mohammad Motasim, Director of Commercial Development Affairs; the legal advisor; as well as heads of real estate, procurement, finance, commercial development, employee affairs departments, and the directors of control, audit, and planning.

At the beginning of the meeting, a brief review of the activities and decisions of the previous session was presented. Afterwards, discussions were held on new agenda items, including investment in company-related properties, extension of existing contracts, and other related matters.

In addition, various proposals were presented and comprehensively reviewed with the aim of providing greater facilitation in the administrative affairs of several provinces.

According to the agenda, focus was placed on important issues considered priorities for improving and advancing the company’s operations. In this regard, several matters were approved by the Executive Committee, and necessary decisions were made concerning other important issues.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the head of the Executive Committee, Mawlawi Abdul Razzaq Rafi, emphasized the importance of accelerating work processes, improving the quality of services, and responding promptly to the needs of institutions and the public. He also instructed the relevant officials to take practical and effective steps toward resolving challenges and to intensify efforts for the further improvement of the company’s services.
