Board of Directors Meeting of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Held

The Board of Directors meeting of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq was held at the company's headquarters, chaired by Hamidullah Abdullahi. The meeting included comprehensive discussions on the company's core, commercial, and service activities, financial matters, and business plans.

Participants included Abdul Latif Yousufzai, representative of the Ministry of Economy; Yaqoubi, representative of the Ministry of Commerce; members of the Board of Directors; Mawlawi Abdul Razq Rafi, Executive Director of the company; Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Director of Finance and Administration; the heads of the Finance, Procurement, Properties, Human Resources, Business Development, and Real Estate departments; and the managers of Executive Affairs, Planning, and Policy.

The meeting began with the recitation of several blessed verses from the Holy Quran. Subsequently, Mawlawi Abdul Razq Rafi, the company's Executive Director, welcomed the participants.

The meeting's agenda included the report on the realization of revenue and expenditure for the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year; reports on the realization of revenue and expenditure for the first and second quarters of the current fiscal year; reports on the implementation of business plans for the first and second quarters of the same year; and several miscellaneous matters. Following comprehensive discussions and reviews, the reports and matters presented were approved by the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, extensive discussions were held on the company's financial matters, commercial activities, improving work processes, and further expanding and developing the company's operations. During these discussions, participants shared their views, proposals, and constructive recommendations.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for the company's continued progress and for the prosperity and development of the country.
