Nine types of food items were sent to the University of Laghman;
Officials from the Projects Implementation Department of the Arzaq Company stated that nine types of food items were sent to the University of Laghman yesterday.
They added that the food items include 2,549 kilograms of rice, 705 liters of oil, 59 kilograms of green peas, 14 kilograms of green tea, 282 kilograms of white sugar, 173 kilograms of salt, 5 kilograms of DIC spices, 2 kilograms of turmeric, and 3 kilograms of cumin.
Project implementation worker Mohammad Yousuf mentioned that the food items were handed over to the responsible person at the University of Laghman in the presence of monitoring teams from both sides.
Furthermore, Mohammad Yousuf stated that the administrative team of Laghman University is satisfied with the Food Supplies Emirati Company's project operations and is pleased with the quantity and quality of the food items.
It is worth mentioning that, similar to last year, the Arzaq Company has started sending food items to various universities across the country as part of its fundamental activities.
