Seized warehouse of the Arzaq Company returned in Kapisa province
After years of delay, a warehouse belonging to the Arzaq Company in Kapisa province has been freed from seizure and returned to the authority of the said company.
Qari Faridun Musleh, the General Director of the Arzaq Company in Kapisa, stated that the warehouse had been under the possession of the Department of Agriculture for nearly two and a half decades.
He added that, in accordance with an order from the provincial authorities and in the presence of an authorized delegation, the warehouse was officially handed over from the Agriculture Department to the Food Company two days ago.
Qari Musleh also mentioned that the total area of the warehouse exceeds six bushels (local measurement), and after the completion of all legal and administrative procedures, the official documents of transfer will be obtained.
This achievement comes as, last year as well, several properties belonging to the Arzaq Company in Kunar and Ghazni provinces were also reclaimed and returned to the company’s authority.
