قبلا یک تعداد بست های شرکت امارتی ارزاق از طریق رسانه های اجتماعی غرض نشر به اعلان سپرده شده بود ، که تعداد از کاندیدان واجد شرایط خلص سوانح شانرا به ایمیل آدرس آمریت منابع بشری این شرکت ارسال نموده و کاندیدان واجد شرایط شارت لست گردید، که امتحان تحریری از نزد کاندیدان مذکور در دفتر مرکزی شرکت امارتی ارزاق به حضور داشت هیئت منتخب اخذ شده بود، که جریان مصاحبه (انتریو) تعداد از کاندیدان بست های متذکره در دفتر مرکزی شرکت امارتی ارزاق واقع جوار سیلوی مرکز با حضور داشت هیئت منتخبه بر گزار گردید
