Training Workshop for Provincial Directors of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq Concluded
A two-day training workshop for the provincial directors of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, which began yesterday, successfully concluded today.
This workshop was organized improving managerial affairs. During the program, training topics related to real estate, procurement, finance, project implementation, commercial development, technology, and administrative sectors were presented by the company’s officials through presentations.
Participants of the workshop shared their experiences with one another and emphasized that such programs would lead to effective steps toward improving managerial performance.
The participants described the training program as effective and added that such workshops can play an important role in advancing work processes and solving challenges. They also called for the organization of similar training programs in the future.
At the end of the workshop, satisfactory answers were provided by relevant officials to the questions, suggestions, and requests raised by the provincial directors.
At the closing ceremony, Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, the Executive Director of the state-owned food company, Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Director of Finance and Administration, and Mawlawi Sayed Nik Mohammad Motasim, Director of Commercial Affairs, delivered brief and valuable speeches. Each provided important guidance to provincial directors on improving performance and enhancing service quality.
They also urged participants to apply the topics of this training program in their daily administrative work. The workshop concluded with a closing prayer.
