Properties of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq in Balkh Province and Its Neighboring Provinces

Today, we would like to provide brief information regarding the properties and commercial plans of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq in Balkh Province and its neighboring regions.
- In Balkh Province, one of the existing properties of the Emirati Arzaq Company was a warehouse covering an area of 9,442 square meters. Due to internal conflicts over the past three decades, it suffered damage and was destroyed. Currently, through the efforts of the company, this property has been officially contracted under a partnership with the private sector. As a result, three commercial markets are under construction, with 30% of the revenue being collected in the company's account.
- Another property of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq is a vacant land of 300 square meter, managed under the General Administration of Arzaq in Balkh Province. In accordance with the law, it has been leased out to generate revenue.
- The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq also owns properties in the northern provinces of the country. In the city of Aybak, Samangan Province, the company owns 36 active shops, which have been rented out for revenue collection, and the earnings are deposited into the company's account.
- In Takhar Province, the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq owns 13 shops and a warehouse covering 2,520 square meters. These properties have been officially leased under monthly rental contracts, and their revenues are collected in the company’s account.
- The State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq is a 100% Emirati-owned company in the country, possessing properties such as hangars, commercial markets, shops, and even agricultural lands. The company consistently maintains these properties and includes their revenues in its financial accounts. This not only strengthens the company’s commercial activities but also plays a vital role in economic growth and job creation in the country.
