The Properties State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, which is a fully operational company, carries out commercial plans and activities alongside its core functions. The company generates revenue from its existing properties through partnership or non-partnership contracts and rentals.

The properties related to the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq include warehouses, commercial markets, shops, agricultural land, and more. Sar-e-Pul province is rich and prosperous due to these properties. In the Sang Charak district, the company owns 13,500 square meters of land, with 100 active shops that have been leased for income generation purposes. Additionally, 17 more shops in this district are in the process of being constructed.

In addition to these shops, there are two large warehouses, one made of cement and the other an iron hanger, which have been rented out by the management of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq in Sar-e-Pul province.

Another warehouse belonging to the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq is located near the provincial center and has been leased out for futsal sports games.

In the second district of Sar-e-Pul city, in the area of government offices, the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq owns 2,520 square meters of land, which is enclosed by a boundary wall constructed with the efforts of the Sar-e-Pul Arzaq Management.

It should also be noted that one of the successful activities of the Sar-e-Pul Arzaq Management is the supervision and inspection of projects related to the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, which is carried out daily.
