Regular Administrative Meeting of the Arzaq Company Held
A regular administrative meeting of the Arzaq Company was held under the leadership of the company's Executive Director, Mr. Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, with the aim of improving operations and delivering better services.
The meeting was attended by Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Head of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mohammad Amin Sahibzada, Head of Commercial Affairs, as well as department heads and managers of the company.
The meeting began with the recitation of a few blessed verses from the Holy Quran. During the session, heads and managers of financial, commercial, project implementation, real estate, and human resources departments presented their reports and views one after the other. Several proposals were also shared regarding work progress, problem-solving, and related matters.
Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, the Executive Director, addressed the responsible officials about the need for positive change in operations. He emphasized that the company should have full preparedness and proper coordination for implementing and launching this year's projects, just as in previous years.
Mr. Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi also stressed unity and brotherhood among employees regarding the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. He stated that, according to the teachings of Islam, this blessed occasion should be celebrated joyfully with family and relatives.
Furthermore, he gave several important instructions to the relevant officials concerning the supply and delivery of essential food items to the country’s universities during the Eid days, which the officials assured would be carried out accordingly.
In this regular administrative meeting, other administrative matters of the company were also discussed and necessary decisions were made. The meeting concluded with a prayer recited by Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, the Head of Financial and Administrative Affairs.
