Investment Announcement on Company Property (State-owned Corporation of Arzaq)

State-owned Corporation of Arzaq intends, in accordance with the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Law, to construct a car wash facility and six modern shops on an area of approximately 590 square meters of land located in front of its administrative building, situated on the main Sar-e-Pul – Sheberghan road, in the center of Sheberghan city, Jawzjan province.

Eligible individuals and companies interested in participating and investing in the above-mentioned property are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the PPP Law, with a higher investment amount and shorter contract duration, within 28 days from the date of this announcement. Proposals must be submitted to the Property Management Office of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located next to the central silo in District 3 of Kabul city, or to the Sheberghan branch office of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, located at Sar-e-Pul gate, Sheberghan, Jawzjan province.

The official bidding documents can be obtained for a fixed, non-refundable fee. A guarantee, in accordance with the bidding terms, will be required in cash after the evaluation of proposals.
