Regular Meeting of the Executive Committee of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq Held

The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq, under the State-Owned Enterprises Department, was held the day before yesterday in the company’s conference hall. The meeting was chaired by the company’s Executive Director, Mawlavi Abdul Razq Rafi.

The meeting was attended by Mawlavi Matiullah Majroh, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs; Mawlavi Sayed Nik Mohammad Motasim, Director of Commercial Affairs; the company’s Commercial Affairs Adviser; the heads of Procurement, Real Estate, Services, Business Development, Finance, Project Implementation, and Human Resources; as well as the managers of Control, Dawah and Guidance, Planning, and Policy.

At the beginning of the meeting, an assessment was conducted regarding the implementation of the decisions made during the previous regular meeting, and a brief work report on the activities carried out was presented.

Subsequently, comprehensive discussions were held on the company’s ongoing affairs, new issues, and ways to further improve the organization and expansion of its activities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the issues presented in accordance with the agenda, particularly those related to the company’s properties, as well as matters important for improving the effectiveness and expansion of its activities, services, and work processes, were approved by the Executive Committee. Necessary decisions and recommendations were also made regarding the other miscellaneous issues presented during the meeting.
