Contract Award Notice

The General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises, under which the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq operates, intends to award the contract for the procurement of nine (9) items of technological equipment (computers, printers, etc.), under Tender No. ARZAQ-NCB/G-3, to Talha Zubair Limited Trading Company, holder of License No. (20275-0101), with its registered address at Shahr-e-Naw, Haji Yaqub Intersection, Kabul, Afghanistan, for a total contract price of AFN 1,948,360 (one million nine hundred forty-eight thousand three hundred sixty Afghanis).

Natural and legal persons who have any objections in this regard may submit their objections in writing, together with supporting reasons, to the Directorate of the State-Owned Corporation of Arzaq, located in District 3, adjacent to the Central Silo, within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts Law.

This notice does not constitute the conclusion or signing of the contract. The aforementioned contract shall not be concluded until the above-mentioned period has expired and the subsequent legal procedures have been completed.
