Board of Directors meeting of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq was held.
The Board of Directors meeting of State-owned Corporation of Arzaq was convened in the company’s conference hall under the chairmanship of Hameedullah Abdullahi, Chairman of the Board.
The meeting was attended by Mawlawi Mohammad Ajmal Idris, representative of the Ministry of Commerce, members of the Board of Directors, Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, CEO of the company, Mohammad Amin Sahibzada, Director of Commercial Affairs,Mawlawi Matiullah Majroh Director of Finance and Administration as well as the heads of Finance, Procurement, Commercial Development, Properties, and the General Director of Planning.
The session proceeded according to the set agenda, discussing the challenges of central staff, provincial managers, and the company’s overall activities. Participants shared their views, and necessary decisions were made regarding the raised issues.
In his remarks, CEO Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi presented detailed information about the company’s ongoing activities, achievements, and its core and commercial plans and objectives. He also put forward several proposals and requests for further improvements, which the Board assured would be given due consideration.
In the closing part of the meeting, Chairman Hameedullah Abdullahi shared his views and suggestions regarding the further progress of the company’s affairs. The meeting concluded with a prayer.
