Meeting of the Board of Directors of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq Held

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq was held at the company’s headquarters under the chairmanship of Hamidullah Abdullahi.

The meeting was attended by Abdul Latif Yousafzai, representative of the Ministry of Economy; Yaqubi, representative of the Ministry of Commerce; members of the Board of Directors; Mawlawi Abdul Razzaq Rafi, Chief Executive Officer of the company; Mawlawi Matiullah Majrooh, Director of Finance and Administration; Mawlawi Sayed Nik Mohammad Motasim, Director of Commercial affairs; as well as the heads of Finance, Procurement, Services, Human Resources, Commercial Development, and Properties, and the managers of Executive Affairs, Control, Audit, Planning, and Policy.

The meeting began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by welcoming remarks from Mawlawi Abdul Razaq Rafi, the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

During the meeting, information was presented regarding the company’s core, commercial, and service activities, the payment and settlement of taxes, and other related matters, followed by comprehensive discussions on these topics.

The Chairman of the Board praised the efforts of the State-owned Corporation of Arzaq in paying and settling taxes, describing it as an effective step toward strengthening the national budget.

The agenda of the meeting also included the company’s financial, commercial, and procurement plans for the fiscal year 1405, along with other related matters, which were approved by the Board after detailed discussions.

The meeting concluded with a prayer for the further progress of the company and the prosperity and development of the country.
